Our online store and information service The Land of Luxury are available, and thus orders can be placed and information content reviewed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except for any technical breaks provided for service work, to ensure the correct operation of the store / service and security of collected data.
Nevertheless, due to the location of the store / service in Poland, activities related to store operation and service, including the processing of orders placed in the store and communication with the Customer, are carried out on business days, taking into account the Polish local calendar. In addition, store and service related activities are carried out between 8:00 and 17:00 on the above mentioned business days, according to the Central European time zone in Poland (UTC + 01: 00).
When placing an order in our store or contacting us, please take into account the calendar below, according to which the operating of the online store and information service is organized, as well as shipments of ordered products are arranged.
