Terms of delivery for products purchased at The Land of Luxury
Products purchased in our store are delivered in accordance with the following conditions:
1. Delivery in Poland - DPD or FEDEX courier
Shipment is organized free of charge when the value of products in the order is higher than PLN 200. In the case of a lower order value, the delivery cost is PLN 20. Products are usually delivered within 2-3 business days or in accordance with the information provided on the product page.
2. Delivery to other countries in Europe - DPD, GLS or FEDEX courier
Shipment is organized free of charge when the value of products in the order is higher than PLN 2000. In the case of a lower order value, the delivery cost is PLN 100. Products are usually delivered within 5 business days or in accordance with the information provided on the product page.
3. Delivery to other countries outside Europe - UPS or FEDEX courier
Shipment is organized free of charge when the value of products in the order is higher than PLN 5000. In the case of a lower order value, the delivery cost is PLN 300. Products are usually delivered within 10 business days or in accordance with the information provided on the product page.
Note - due to the diversity of the store's offer, products from different categories are sent from warehouses in separate locations. Therefore, if the Customer chooses products from different categories, the products can be delivered in separate shipments and through different carriers. However, this does not affect the delivery cost to the Customer, which remains as specified in the order form.
Shipments of products from the Jewellery category is additionally insured.
